Desired Candidate Profile
•B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree from a reputed institution.•Over 5 years of solid experience in building state-of-the-art enterprise applications is required.
•Must possess strong knowledge and work experience in J2EE enterprise applications, Web UI, Web 2.0, Spring, Hibernate.
•Must possess strong knowledge on SQL and ability to debug complex queries, stored procedures. Must have hands-on experience on one of the leading database platforms – Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL server, MySQL.
•Must possess in-depth technical and design expertise. Must demonstrate a sound understanding of performance, scalability, reliability and usability as related to enterprise applications.
•Must have a thorough understanding of software development processes including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
•Hands-on experience with building or working on a rules based system is a big plus.
•Hands-on technical lead experience in the last 1+ year is a plus.
•Past working experience in On-Demand / SaaS companies will be an added advantage.
•Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required.
•Must be adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
•Must demonstrate positive attitude and flexibility towards tasks on hand.
•Nice to have exposure/experience on ETL tools or technology.
•Nice to have exposure/experience on BI Tools like Cognos.

Responsbilities
•The candidate will be part of Advanced technology group and will lead the development and delivery of products conceptualized as part of Client services team.
•The candidate will work with implementation architects to gather requirements and must be capable of capable of independently assessing the scope of work, development and testing effort involved, technology to be employed, and documentation requirements.
•The candidate will be accountable for the deliverables against committed timelines and strict quality standards irrespective of whether it is new/maintenance/enhancement releases.
•The candidate will manage all product related communication with US counterparts and must strive to develop and maintain a good working relationship with them.
•As needed, the candidate will develop proof-of-concepts in order to validate the technical design; modify and revise technical design in line with the inputs to ensure alignment with requirements.
•Conduct reviews, analysis, and modification of programming systems according to program specifications.
