Job Description

• Complete responsible for Production oriented drawings. Acquiring information about projects and discussing requirements with project coordinators/Managers and clients.

• Complete responsible for preparing accurate Estimation / tenders documentation.

• Suggest a layout plan with budgetary offer

• Study in Deviations to design / Specifications from our standards

• Preparations of BOQ with costing – Use of Software and by Excel method Deviations to design / Specifications from our standards

• Generating an esthetic based design on clients needs- Space planning

• Solving problems with regards to finalizing payments (eg. Issues with regards with PO and actual supplied quantity)

• Preparing quotes, presentations for enquiries and tenders.

• serving and advising customers

• Helping customers to find the goods they want

• Giving information on products and prices

• Follow ups of sales lead for conversion

• Generate Prospect Database

• Independently control floor operations sales of a Retail Outlet.

• Identify Customer Requirement

• Assist Customer in Purchase & Billing
