Job Description

1.Coordinate with the clients upon preparing the basic design of their apartment to understand their detailed requirements & prepared the final drawings incorporating all the details & requirements of the clients

2. Coordinate with the various consultants for their approval of the changes made in the drawings

3. Coordinate with the site engineer for the execution of the revised drawings of the clients on site as approved by the clients & the respective consultants

4. Coordinate with the clients for their Extra work/Changes that they required in their apartment. Collect the necessary details from the clients & if there were any extra work/changes, get their approval on the quote for the same & coordinate with the site engineer for the execution of such extra work/changes.
