Job Description
To plan and implement preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance schedules
•Development of spare parts
•Training and development of technicians (Identify training needs of maintenance associates for raising their knowledge & skill level)
•Development of plans for productivity enhancement through effective PM Activities
• Store spare inventory analysis and regular update of ROL items.
• Breakdown trend analysis and action planning for elimination of root causes
• Compilation of monthly CMR report and other MIS
•Compilation of Monthly Engineering report
• Maintaining equipment history sheets
• Ensure implementation of focused improvement & new projects
•Control capital & revenue expenditure
