Job Description
- Tool Design, Product Design & Development, Tool Room Maintenance, Customer relations. Design & Development of Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures. Experience in production of Sheet Metal component.
- Having relevant experience in Die maintenance of PDC Dies, Practical knowledge of Tool Room Machinery like lathe, milling & Welding etc.
- Knowledge of interpretation of drawing and designing, Knowledge of die maintenance; die setting various types of dies; Machining; preventive maintenance schedule, safety measures especially during maintenance activity. Planning and achieving minimum die set-up time change over time.
- Responsible for countermeasure of quality, productivity and cost concerns which are caused by stamping die for stamping production.
- Die modification on time based on direction of supervisor
- Records die modification history and analyze root cause with engineering support.
- KAIZEN (improvement) of quality and productivity coming from stamping die with engineering support
- Advance knowledge of MS Office.
- TS 16949 / ISO documentation exposure.

Caparo India's facility in Greater Noida, primarily services Honda Siel while the Pithampur plant is dedicated largely to Eicher Motors and Force Man. Halol has been set up mainly for General Motors and the Gurgaon and Bawal facilities service Maruti. The plants in Pune and Jamshedpur were acquired in January 2007 and are critical to developing business with Tata Motors.
