Designation IR/HR/Admin Proofessional
Job Description 1.Responsible for preparation and adherence to the local HR/administration budget.
2. Responsible for designing meaningful job and career path for employees.
3. Responsible for training for all employees at site starting from identification of training need and adherence to training need compliance index.
4. Responsible for rolling out corporate initiatives like Business Excellence plan, PMS, Leadership Development, Risk Management initiatives etc.
5. Responsible for designing and deploying policy driven and productivity oriented administration system.
6. Responsible for other miscellaneous employee services.
7. Responsible for maintaining harmonious IR at location.
Desired Profile 1. Experience of handling project HR, IR & Administration in any Power or Manufacturing Company.
2. Experience in -

(a) maintaining industrial relations harmony.

(b) complying with all statutory provisions related to labour & welfare laws.

(c) negotiation with Unions & signing settlement.
3. Exposure to Talent planning, talent sourcing and engagement. Exposure to culture building exercise will be additional advantage.
4. Exposure to negotiation, awarding & monitoring of contracts for facility management, security management, employee accommodation management, canteen management, travel Management etc.
5. Experience in networking and effective coordination with external agencies like Contractors, Service Providers, Local Authorities etc.
