The person will be given a 5 BHK accommodation ( house cum project office) . He may or may not stay with his family , its upto hime to decide . In the same house our other team member ( Commercial site manager) would also stay. But 5BHK is too big a house . The appx salary what we are talking about is 3000 USD / month + Car till duration of project + 1 time to and fro airticket for the indiviual.
