Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be a graduate, preferably a post graduate with 8 to 12 years experience in a well established manufacturing plant.Hands on Experience in Industrial Relations, compliance with statutory obligations, PMIS, coordination of recruitment, General administration, Implementation of Welfare measures and Liaise with Govt. authorities.
Candidate must know Tamil & English.
Strong in communication, inter personal and computer skills.
Age around 35 years.
Job Description
Experience in Administration of a Factory, Recruitment, Statutory and Legal compliances pertaining to a Manufacturing Co.,Handle complete HR requirements of the company including recruitment & selection, salary structure, liaison with govt authorities, training & development, performance management, welfare activities, talent retention etc,.
Strong in communication & inter personal skills, skills in handling Govt & local authorities, strong catalyst of team work & people centric, knowledge of all HR & IR policies is a must.
Preferably with IR exposure in Manufacturing Sector.
Should have independently handled “Personnel activities” in HR department of a big company
Experience in Unionised atmosphere is preferable.
Candidate residing in and around chennai will only be considered for this position, others excuse.
Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
MSW/Graduate with PG Dip in HR & IR from a premier institute with 8-12 years experience in Manufacturing Company.
