| Job Description | • In-charge of all technical activities in the designated zone • Planning, coordinating and execution of field activities • Corrective and Preventive maintenance of equipments (BSS/TXN/RAN/CME) • Coordinating with other departments for capacity, quality and operational issues • Coordinating with customer for operational issues • Lead the team of technical resources for field activities • Manage spares, tools and equipments • Take actions on Opex saving initiatives • Provisioning of O & M scheduled reports • Customer complaint handling and resolution • Installation, commissioning of equipments (BTS, Microwave, Repeaters etc.) • Interacting with 3rd party vendors • Hardware and Software up-gradation |
