| Job Description | The incumbent would be taking care of -all aspects of travel including air, accommodation, car hire, insurance, visas etc. -To book airlines/hotel/car hire reservations -To advise client on respective airline/hotel/car rules, regulations and cancellation policies -To process domestic and international packages as required -Remain updated on all aspects of domestic travel including regular attendance at product launches, fare updates and all job related training. |
| Desired Profile | A person should have atleast 2 years of experience of handling -Reservations -Ticketing -Car Rental -Hotel Reservations -Visa Processing/documentation -Travel Insurance. • Ability to use GDS for booking air/hotel • Customer facing skills • Good communication skill over the phone • Able to work under pressure • Attentive to details • Fluent spoken English and good communicative English • Should have experience of handling corporates. |
