Job Description	Job Profile:  To advise all the departments on legal issues.  Drafting of various agreements/contracts for different SBUs meeting their requirements.  Review of tender documents before submission of bids.  Contract management from legal point of view during execution of work under various contracts.  To assist M&A department during mergers and acquisitions. In general, to advise management and all business units on day-to-day issues having legal implications.
Desired Profile	AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: The candidate should be a first class law graduate (BL/LL.B) having 18-20 years experience in legal field out of which min. 8-10 years should be in Legal Department of a large Corporate, preferably in an Engineering Projects Industry.
