• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French fluency is a plus.

Job Description
As a member of the Information Technology Team, the Senior Developer will fill a critical role in system design, configuration and delivery efforts for Voxiva’s clients. The developer will be responsible for implementation of specified requirements with good quality deliverables with-in the specified time frame. Reporting to the Team Leader/ Manager, the position requires a focus on understanding client’s requirements and delivers a quality solution.
Responsibilities and Qualities:
• Analyze, design, build, test, implement and maintain framework product(s) and ensure their quality as per defined standards.
• Ensure proper system documentation
• Analyze system architecture for areas to be improved.
• Provide technical input in developing Voxiva technologies and application solutions while interacting cross functionally with teams globally.
• Use Visual Studio and SQL Server along with Voxiva’s platform technologies in configuring product modules and business rules for use with Voxiva’s multi-channel (Web, Windows, IVR, SMS, mobile clients) access methods
• Track technical progress of assigned development activities to ensure compliance with or enhancement of the existing architecture or design.
