| Job Description | The incumbent would be taking care of -all aspects of travel including air, accommodation, car hire, insurance, visas etc. -To book airlines/hotel/car hire reservations -Domestic/ International ticketing & Reservation -To advise client on respective airline/hotel/car rules, regulations and cancellation policies -To process domestic and international packages as required -Remain updated on all aspects of domestic travel including regular attendance at product launches, fare updates and all job related training. |
| Desired Profile | A person should have atleast 2 years of experience of handling -Reservations -Ticketing -Car Rental -Hotel Reservations -Visa Processing/documentation -Travel Insurance,etc. •Ability to use GDS for booking air/hotel •Customer facing skills •Good communication skill over the phone •Able to work under pressure •Attentive to details •Fluent spoken English and good communicative English •Should have experience of handling corporates. |
