LOOKING FOR EXECUTIVES / SR. EXECUTIVES (HR, IR & ADMIN) WITH 5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE.1. WELL VERSED WITH ALL LABOUR LAWS.
2. MONITORING ALL POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AS PER POLICY STANDARD.
3. TIME KEEPING, PAYROLL, LEAVE MANAGEMENT, PF, ESI AND OTHER STATUTORY MATTERS.
4. LIASIONING WITH VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
5. HANDLING ALL HR, IR RELATED ISSUES, MONITOIRNG EMPLOYEE DATA BASE, MAINTAINING & KEEP UPDATING THE SAME.
6. ENFORCING DISCIPLINE & RESPONSIBLE FOR A PRODUCTIVE CULTURE AND INDUSTRIAL HARMONY.
