Job Description
1. Industrial relation/ Employee welfare/ Liaison- Instrumental in establishing functions related to deployment of contractual labour.
- Grievance Handling
- Liaison with Government officials/ Government Departments.
- Maintain harmonious relations between Management & Employees by providing the better working conditions.
- Handling all types legal cases in consultation of legal advisor.
- Looking after lease agreements of company premises & their continuous renewals & termination of the lease agreements.
- Dealing with Labour Departments, factories Department, PF, ESIC and Local Municipal Corporations of various states for registration and HR Compliances.
- Handling Rent agreements for Company Offices, Guest Houses & Warehouses.
- Security arrangements and also supervising House keeping activities.
- Handling Insurance of all kinds like Machinery, Vehicles etc and settlements of all kinds.
