Job Description A. Job Responsibilities
• Dealing with management and coordination of activities (Contracts & Legal Aspects) for the Equipments and Systems being supplied from China.
• Shall provide all support on Contracts & Legal Aspects by interacting company personnel, System suppliers, EPC Contractors and other concerned agencies for smooth implementation of Project.
• Shall deal Contracts & Legal Aspects in finalization of Orders and Contracts with vendors.
• Shall deal Contracts & Legal Aspects for order placement by main contractors on their respective Sub-contractors/Vendors.
• Shall deal with bank guarantees format design, review of bank guarantees submitted by contractors and related issues
• Shall deal with other legal document as company may need to generate, receive, approve or reply to from time to time for smooth functioning of projects
• Shall be custodian of legal documents related to contracts like bank guarantees and other such documents. Shall be responsible for safe keeping and getting it renewed by contractors from time to time as may be required.
• Would arrange to resolve all bottlenecks (Contracts & Legal Aspects).
• Shall be responsible for facilitating various regulatory compliances required for the project. Taking lead in arranging the required licenses and certificates, keeping safe custody of the same and ensuring renewal from time to time.
• Should have about 10 years experience in dealing with Contracts & Legal Aspects of supply of Plant and Equipment for Projects (Thermal Power Projects preferred)

Must have exposureof Contracts & Legal Aspects.
