The candidate will be expected to have all the necessary knowledge and hands-on experience to lead operations and professionally represent our company with the highest standard. The duties and responsibilities are broad in scope, encompassing all aspect of operational management. More specifically the responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: - Works directly with Sales and Marketing to promote products and services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in Industry.
- Direct! s preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy, programme, or operational changes to be implemented.
- Remains informed on competitor’s activities, products and identification of new activities. The Company may wish to pursue within the confines of the Company’s Policies.
- Ensures that Statutory and Legal requirements are met.
- Assists in the preparation of major bids and tenders to ensure performance and financial (where applicable) considerations comply with objectives of the Company.
- Plans, organizes and coordinates assigned programs to ensure operational goals and optimum allocation of resources.
- Conducts contract liaison with customers to ensure contract terms and objectives are met.
- Document nonconformance generated during the service
- Participate in the continuous identification of identifying hazards and risks associated with the ac! tivity
- Participate in the continuous identificati! on of en vironmental aspects and impacts in the operation

Supervisory responsibilities: - Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Operations departments.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s Policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, and appraising performance.
