1.Transaction structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts and all types legal documents including bids, concession agreement, JV agreement, guarantee documents, consultancy contract, LOA, MOU, NDA, RFP, RFQ , retails contracts, O&M contracts,EPC Contracts, lease, license and all other regular business contracts.
2. Contracts management and advising the top management on the legal nuances of contractual issues.
3. Familiarity of the airport sector regulatory environment such as ICAO manual, ACI, Aircraft act, Airport Authority Act, MOCA policies, regulations, BCAS regulations will be significant advantage of the incumbent.
4.Familiarity with labour/industrial laws, IPR matters( trade marks, domain name, copyrights) & indirect taxation especially on service ta! x and works contract
5.Due diligence activities; legal and contractual matters pertaining to property matters, working closely with other department in issues.
6.Working with external legal advisors and internal legal department staff on corporate litigations/arbitrations, managing and co-coordinating external legal resources.
7.Advising the business on a full range of strategic and tactical legal issues and creating, implementing and communicating essential policies & process. S/He shall lead all legal matters ion behalf of the company and its subsidiaries.
