Candidates should be first class law graduate form a reputed university with around 15 to 20 years of experience and out of which 5 to 10 years should have been in construction / Infrastructure development companies. Candidates with additional background in engineering would be given preference. Candidates should have hands on experience in handling: 1. Conducting in –depth study of tender documents, contract documents and identifying risk areas and suitably advising the management through MIS reports.
2. Drafting / Vetting of civil construction contracts, EPC contracts relating to Power Sector / Engineering / Infrastructure Sector.
3. Drafting / vetting of various agreements such as joint venture agreements, sub-Contract agreements, MOUs
4. Drafting and vetting of Job Work Orders, Sub-Contract Agreements.
5. Drafting and vetting of Job work Orders, Sub –Contract Agreements.
