Responsible for the entire scope of Restaurant Service and Bar operations 2. Participating in setting up of targets and delivering the ways and means of achieving it 3. Achieve the team mission of Guest delight through the service team 4. Provide services which are genuine and create memorable experiences using the team under my leadership 5. Drive revenues through repeat business derived through the above 6. Provide proactive leadership based on the core values of the organization to the Food and Beverage Service team 7. Ensure compliance with established standards of operations 8. Generate reports and maintain records as required by the MIS 9. Responsible for the follow-up of daily sales report 10. Auditing the stock, wastage and materials based on the weekly reports generated 11. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Restaurant Equipment and material 12. Responsible for the liaison with all the departments concerned 13.
