MBA (HR) or MSW or PG in Personnel Mgt / Industrial relations or Law degree holders
10 - 15 years experience in Manufacturing/Continuous Process Industry
Working experience in HRMS ERP environment
Should have independently handled the HR&IR department functions
Should have worked in Manager cadre not less than 5 years
Formulating/Upgrading/Developing HR policies, systems & practices and implementation.
Manpower planning and execution, identifying critical job and developing multi skill, skill inventory and Talent development including identification of training needs and arrange in-house /external training
Should be well-versed with the performance management system and evaluation techniques for effective implementation of the KPA/KRAs
Wage and Salary Administration
Should have thorough knowledge and experience in statutory compliance
Should have hands on experience in Union handling, handling Disciplinary matters, Domestic enquiry process, Conciliation proceedings, Collective bargaining, Industrial relation functions, Wage and bonus settlements, Attending grievances, handling strike & Lockouts, Employee welfare Administration
Should have hands on experience to deal with labour dispute cases and to appear before labour court, conciliation officers or the authority concerned
Experience in ISO/OHSAS is an added advantage
