Job Description - Proven Analytical capabilities on cross functional business applications, ability to think through the various components in the technology stack & recommend an optimum solution.
- Proven ability of working in the support and maintenance environment, understanding of the criticality and phases of support life cycle.
- Contribute effectively to projects by leading code reviews and participating in software development enhancement.
- Issue Management (including problem analysis and solutions design & delivery); Change Management; Test Management; Status Tracking & Reporting.
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting of status/progress to Project Manager, including escalation of issues and exceptions.
- Interaction with numerous business groups (Operations, Middle Office, Front Office, Risk, a! nd Finance etc.) throughout the full project lifecycle, and with other IT teams as appropriate

Desired Candidate Profile - Experience delivering using tools: Toad, PL-SQL.
- Oracle APEX Knowledge
- Exposure on Core Java
- 7+ years of strong Experience of technically leading a team or equivalent role.
- Experience of translating business requirements to high/low level designs. Experience of components and application level designs.
- Experience of industry standard design and coding standards.
- Proven experience, within a structured or matrix managed project environment, of undertaking full project responsibility for all stages of the development / Support life cycle.
- Proven experience of working as interface between build and test teams and engaging in problem investigation and resolution.
- Experience delive! ring through Test Driven Development methodology
- Experience of UNIX shell scripting programming & batch scheduling.
