Job Description:
• Proven experience of 9+ years in application development/maintenance type of projects in Windows and UNIX platforms
• Possess min. 3+ years of Project management experience in managing Application maintenance projects with SLAs
• Possess good people management skills in a relevant roles at least 3+ years of experience.
• Possess good exposure to handling .Net based and Java/J2EE based application development/maintenance
• Possess very good conceptual knowledge in RDBMS, SQL & PL/SQL with hands on experience in Oracle/SQL SERVER
• Possess proven skill/experience in optimising application performance ( Business side/Database side)
• Possess very good communication and articulation skills
• PMP certification prefferred
• Possess good awareness of CMMI process and experience in handling projects in compliance to it
• Possess Basic knowledge about the manufacturi! ng domain
Define project plans, track the progress of project deliverables and milestones versus original goals, inclusive of managing inter team dependencies and program's critical path
