Job Description Position will be responsible for conducting and delivering workshops on a broad spectrum of developmental topics

• Effectively use teaching aids.

• Evaluate training effectiveness.

• Identify Training needs and suggest necessary process improvement.

• Would be designing and creating content independently

Scope of Work:- To develop & conduct trainings build fun and frolic at work place to reduce the stress among the team members and boost their morale

Interaction with team members at regular intervals, share knowledge and information

Identify Training Needs for programs to acquire/enhance the required skill sets

Generate reports for the purpose of internal and external use, for meeting with Clients

Identify Training needs and suggest necessary process improvement

Create content with respect to Dev. Trng.
