business Directors and operational teams. His role will be business support
in giving visibility on the financials (reporting), sharing priorities and providing support. He will be in charge of gaining expertise in these fields. He will be incharge of the various analysis and will be responsible in the follow-up of BU KPIs and also enhancing analysis.
Orders and Sales
--Build a follow for top line with Daily and Monthly reports analyzing the
growth Vs Y-1, vs previous month, vs fcst, vs target… Provide the
information on due time for reporting.
--Understand the dynamics by activity (Core / cross), by segment, by
geography, by client….
--Distinguish Volume vs Price, and develop trend analysis
Develop new reports adapted to each BU enhancing the use of available
information and benchmarking with competition or market index
--Master forecast process by collaborating with business and logistics
Analysis on Cost – DVC and MBC
--Work with the plants and GDS to understand the cost of various
Components & references.
--Evolution of cost at reference level and product level.
--study on localization projects and performance
Support Function Cost Responsibility (SFC)
--Develop Monthly report analyzing the performance regarding SFC,
reviewing SFC by nature, function, and by activity. Provide analysis
memo to top management
--Provide with monthly information to the Directors.
--Develop performance KPI (physical ratio) to monitor the improvement
(sales effectiveness ratio, expenses per head...)
--Analysis on Target Vs Forecast Vs Actual
--Master the process for booking & capturing of our expenses of SFC.
Update the processes to ensure better control. Develop alerts and
information for proper decision making
Preparation and finalization of P&L, Annual Target setting, Quarterly
Forecasting and various monthly reporting and analysis. Also preparation for business reviews, cco days and others business meeting. | | Desired Candidate Profile Essential Requirements- - Education: Preferred a Chartered Accountant
