You will be part of the core team responsible for setting up a green field project for a world market leading German MNC . You will be involved at a strategic and operational level . Your responsibility will be to drive forward the growth of the start up company in India.
You will provide leadership alongside with the senior management team and manage all aspects of the company's finance functions. Reporting to the General Manager your areas of responsibilities include:
-Setting up of the company's financial policies,
-All areas of cash management and cost control,
-Budgeting and planning,
-Statutory compliance and taxation,
-Involvement in the financing and investment activities of the subsidiary,
-Other key areas of commercial finance such as contracts,
-And all other areas where your expertise might be required
