Key Job responsibilities
• Performs analysis of functional and business requirements on logistics and Transportation domain.
• Convert Business requirements into high and level design documents and provide SAP TM solution to be implemented
• Configuration of SAP TM as per high and low level design documents
• Create test cases and test plans
• Perform unit, system integration testing in SAP TM in order to ensure provided solution meeting the business requirements
• Participates as a member of development team or teams or may lead a small development team.
• Works independently; participates in reviews and may lead reviews.
• Provide consultancy on SAP Logistics and TM areas on various solution requirements to Business
• Provide Training on SAP Logistics and TM to Junior consultants
• Exhibit strong Logistics and Transportation Management domain experience and to articulate TM Technology and solution proposal
Qualification and Experience
• Typically a technical Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/MCA/MBA
• 2 to 4 years of Industry experience in logistics and Transportation domain
• 2 to 4 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP Logistics and Transportation Management modules version 6 and above
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies (Water, Object, Agile).
• Understanding of modern software development tools and SCM.
• Understanding of Software Test methodologies, and testing tools.
• General Project Management (developing).
• Good understanding of business process Area of Supply chain Management in particular logistics and Transportation Management domain
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Team Player - ability to work effectively in a team
