Avaya Support Specialist
We are currently looking for Avaya Support specialist, pls find the details below:
Work Location: MindTree – Global Village Tech Park, Mysore Road, Bangalore
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Work experience:
��� Preferable 3-5 years experience in technical engineering (installation Configuration, Troubleshooting,) on telecoms systems.
��� Experience in Voice support like Avaya, Nortel, Cisco.(Preferably Avaya)
��� Experience in supporting contact center infrastructure
��� Basic knowledge on cablings systems & structures (PDS).
��� Basic knowledge on computer networks
��� Skills on Voice administration, Voice Mail, ISDN PRI's, VoIP, TDM etc
��� Basic skills in supporting IP phones, Call routing, Scripting
Responsibilities:
��� Answering customer questions
��� Execute move, add & changes (change management)
��� Analyze & Solve incidents (incident management)
��� Work on CMDB (configuration management)
��� Release management activities
Should be ready to work in a 24*7 Environment
