Manager - HR & Admin GMR Infrastructure Experience : 10 - 13 Years Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad Education : UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations Industry Type : Construction/ Engineering/Cement/Metals Functional Area : HR / Administration, IR Posted Date : 19 Apr Job Description • Meeting Statutory requirements like renewing the Trade License, Municipal License etc. under Shops & Establishments Act; • Providing Office spaces as required by various Departments; • Providing all necessary infrastructure like power, water, communication etc, and all other support services; • Guest House/Hotel accommodation vehicle requirements etc. arrange passports; • Monitoring of Employees ; Attendance and also disbursement of food coupons ; • Various other general administrative requirements as may be required from time to time • Assist in managing the effective implementation of HR systems such as performance appraisal, recruitment, and training in a timely manner and in alignment to the organizational guidelines • Ensure adherence to the preset performance appraisal timelines by all the Departments / Projects • Assist in implementing increments and rewards initiatives. • Communicate with clarity all standardized HR policies for employees across the organization • Responsible for maintaining employee records to effectively monitor absenteeism and ensure accurate salary administration in a timely manner • Liaise with statutory authorities and ensure timely compliance with all statutory obligations.
