Recruiters (Senior / Mid Level):
• 3-4 years of US Recruitment experience for Senior Level / 1-2 Years of US Recruitment experience for Mid Level
• Hands on experience is negotiating the Rates with Consultants.
• Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
• Ability to Convert OPT /H-1 into Company full time employees
• Thorough knowledge on Tax terms (W2 /1099 / Corp-Corp)
• Good experience in complete recruitment life cycle.
• Successful track record in technical recruitment/US Staffing.
• Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
• Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates
• Must have excellent communication Skills (Written & oral)
• Must have Verifiable References from his/her previous companies to vouch their experience
• Must have 2-3 pay slips from previous employer
• Willing to work in Night Shifts
