o Network communication protocols
o MPLS
o Networking / Communications equipment such as routers, switches, connectors
o Data Center monitoring tools
o Microsoft Exchange
o Blackberry Enterprise Server
o Microsoft Office
o Windows Operating Systems
o UNIX Operating Systems
o Network / Desktop printers, covering fault diagnosis and repair
o VMWare virtualization
o Citrix remote desktop services! p>
o Baracuda spam-filter
o Forefront virus scanner
o Juniper firewall
· Demonstrate experience of team working
