The Activity Leader - IT Support Engineer is responsible
for the support and development of the Technical Infrastructure. They work to provide best support for technical issues in Desktop Administration, Systems Administration including Active Directory, Exchange Support and Application Servers. IT Support is responsible for day to day smooth operations of the IT infrastructure. Implement internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security are maintained.
The Section Leader - IT Support Technical Engineer follows and develops plans and strategies to expand the client support in the IT area and is continually aware of their own development of our portfolio of educational programs for clients. This role reports to the Section Leader - IT and serves on the Activity Leader team assisting and adv! ising all team members about Tech Support and Administration Including The Business Development opportunities.
