Designation Aquisition Manager-Savings - Retail Liabilities
Job Description Responsibilities
* Handling Liability products such as saving accounts and cross sell investment products, current accounts and insurance and assets.

* Would be assigned a set of branches and would be responsible for new to bank savings a/c sourcing from retail customers.

* Ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.

* Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

* Achieving Direct sales targets with required productivity in liability and cross sell products.

* Maintenance of regular MIS.

* Driving the team to source Savings Account for allocated branches.

* Average team size (outsourced-not on bank rolls) would be 20.
Desired Profile Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or equivalent.

* 5 Full-Time positions available.
