Designation Aquisition Manager-Corporate Salary - Retail Liabilities
Job Description Responsibilities
* To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporates by the Bank

* To penetrate every Corporate relationship by signing up for additional salary accounts on an ongoing basis

* To ensure that all accounts get salary credits

* To generate cross sales of various liability/assets products

* Provide feedback/recommendations for weeding out accounts

* To co ordinate/assist the Service RMs in resourcing/conducting training camps/road shows in identified Corporates

* To grow and manage the portfolio profitability

* To coordinate with Service Branch RMs, Sales, Assets and other departments on an on going basis

* Cross sell targets of assets and insurance would be existing

* Would would have to handle a team of Team Leaders and CSEs(Outsourced)

* Requirements

* Candidate must be a full time graduate and /or MBA in Marketing

* Total years of experience are 3 to 6 years.

* Candidates should have good exposure to corporate sales

* The postion would report to the ASM –Corporate Salary

* Gross salary which can be offered is between Rs.4 to Rs.6 lacs fixed + loans +incentives. The same would, however, depend on candidate’s experience and qualification

* Band offered would be Asst.Manager/Dy.Manager/Manager. The same would, however, depend on candidate’s experience and qualification
Desired Profile Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.

* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or equivalent.

* 5 Full-Time positions available.
