Desired Candidate Profile

We are coming up with a project called Passport Seva Project which has been awarded by Ministry of External Affairs to TCS. CMC is the subsidiary company of TCS. We are going to open 77 passport seva kendras in all across the country for this project and which will helps the govt. to speed up the passport issuance to the public of india. As a part of this, 13 centres are opening in Kerala. Each centre will have around 30-40 employees in different roles and one centre head will be there to control all the operations related to that office. Apart from the TCS staffs, Govt officials will also sit in the same office to issue the passport. The office set up will be like one of the new generation bank with waiting launch,cafeteria,token counter and service desk etc.

Profile of CSM 
·   Excellent Communication and presentation skills

·   Good Personality with leadership

·   Hands on experience in Customer services & relationships Mgt.

·   People management and logistics skills.

·   Proficient in English and local language

·   Computer Savvy, Ms Office

·   Capabilities to manage customer and services oriented processes

MBA in Finance or Operations with 8-10 years post qualification experience out of which 2 years in leadership or supervisory role in banking, retail services or any other citizen oriented environment.

Job Description

·   Responsible for operations and overall delivery of services

·   Manage a team of CSEs and ensure excellent service delivery to citizens

·   Report to the Regional Head of Business Operations.

·   Coordinate with central core Business Operations Team for process and other compliance.

·   Be a single point of contact to resolve issues to ensure continuity of services

·   Coordinate/engage with staff deployed at centers

·   Responsible for business process compliances

·   Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the Centers

·   Engage actively with the customers to ensure a positive and conducive service delivery environment

·   Manage costs at the front office

·   Obtain feedback of customers for service improvement.

·   Assess requirements for process improvements to ensure better quality of services delivered

·   Handle Third Party/ External Audits

·   Responsible for all financial compliances / funds management and admin / Non IT functions at Centers

·   Responsible for SLA Compliance

·   Engage with concerned RPO and build healthy working relationships with them.




Desirable-  MBA in Finance or Operations with 8- 10yrs exp,atleast 2 yrs in leadership.
