Role: This role is primarily responsible for the front-line hiring for Voice & Non-Voice processes at the executive Level in the organization. Essential Functions Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by Process Excellence   The performance parameters include the following: Meeting set targets on a monthly basis Offer to Joining Ratio of the Offers made Number of candidate hired who clear the Post FVT assessment Number of defects against number of Offers made   Desired Candidate Profile Soft skills Required (Minimum) Excellent Communication skills – written and oral Should be confident and willing to work in shifts and travel extensively.
