Feasibility study of Modules and Subsystems in Defence & Aerospace. Budget and negotiation with customers/Marketing.
• Design and Engineering of products for Defence and Aerospace customers using various technology platforms, develop test set up for compliances. Approval of Prototypes and bring products to mass production.
��� Design and development of Thick and Thin Film Hybrid Microcircuits and electronic modules as per customer requirement complying to MIL 38534 standards.
• Manage Projects with Product development and completion of projects as key objectives.
• Recruit staff, train and ensure overall business growth is met. Conduct appraisals, budget discussions, support quality, production, process team on technical issues with extensive documentation and resolve issues with Customers.
• Grow the business in line with Company Objectives
