Job Description Lead a team for a healthcare process. ��� Strategically involved to maximize revenue generation (P&L), target / FTE negotiations & compliance initiatives. Conduct timely performance appraisals & IDP's (Individual Development Plan).
��� Responsible for process SLA, KPI & Resource Planning
��� Planning and reviewing performance to meet monthly / yearly target, through periodic reviews
��� Appraising senior leadership with performance projections, challenges & way forward on monthly basis
��� Quarterly reviews with AM’s for their team’s performance, attrition & training requirement, setting up of goals and objectives for the ensuing quarters.
��� Assessing key development & training needs of direct reports. Nominating them for training as per their role developments & enhancing skill sets.
��� Planning incentive structures, contests & staff welfare spend based on budgetary allocations
��� Green Belt Trained.
