systems, hardware and software
- Installation, configuration, monitoring and trouble shooting of Checkpoint firewall.
- Proactively assesses potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerabilities in the
network
- Working with NIDS, HIDS, DLP and penetration testing tools like Nessus, ISS
scanner etc.
- Auditing of various systems like Network devices, Windows, UNIX and AIX based
servers, Databases etc.
- Proactively assessing latest security products
- Good understanding of various security protocols and standards
- Response to security incidents and root cause analysis of the same | | Desired Candidate Profile - Have strong knowledge on IT Security and IT Audit.
- Should understand the fundamental concepts, principles and best practices of IT
Security
- Should have technical proficiency on Network/Security protocols and network
connectivity concepts. Hands on experience on various security and network
products like firewall, IPS, DLP etc.
- To know how to define an action plan and to follow up on progress.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Should have good communication skills, verbal and written
