Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years leadership experience with Infrastructure projects involving business analysis, software development, Technology consulting, Infrastructure & Application outsourcing and project/program management office functionsMinimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
Program/Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.
Qualification in project management or equivalent. PMP certified professionals preferred.
Demonstrated success driving complex strategies and projects to successful completion
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for managing multiple Infrastructure project/program managers/project coordinators.
Manage geographically diverse teams, if necessary
Responsible for high level oversight of all Infrastructure (data center, server, storage, network) programs/projects.
Work with staff to discover and correct areas of projects where intervention will benefit projects.
Work with higher level management to support the development organization in designing custom solutions leveraging best practices.
Work with peers across the organization to collaboratively solve resource and other issues in support of the business.
Perform short range and long range resource planning and constantly work on resource leveling as program work shifts.
Maintain project budgets and participate in budget planning.
Assist with strategic planning.
Prepare and deliver presentations as necessary.
Drive teams for successful, on-schedule projects and releases.
Responsible for assessment, planning, and active pursuit of improvement to processes and all aspects of employee engagement, roles, etc, pertaining to area of responsibility.
Work at higher strategic levels with Executive Management
Maintain constant communication and updates on projects progress and any issues related to any of the projects with all the stakeholders;
Oversee the preparation of various statistical and financial progress reports.
Oversee the performance measures and productivity data collection, analyses and reporting processes;
Interact with the project leaders and provide PMO & project management processes including orientation regarding the financial progress reporting process, and;
Responsible for all deliverables produced by the PMO while overseeing the Sr. Financial/Quality Analysts.
Track the timely and high quality delivery for projects deliverables.
Form deep working relationships with the Global Program management teams.
Plan and deliver well-structured oral and written communication
