| Desired Profile | PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Architecture and design of Key Management products with seamless integration with other products in RSA Security’s portfolio of solutions Making tactical and strategic decisions taking into account the customer needs, competitive positioning, opportunity size, long term product and company goals, window of opportunity and the go to market strategies Be the go to person for all technical matters concerning the product and their integration other EMC/RSA and third party products in the complete software development cycle from requirements analysis thru development, testing and deployment of products and work with teams that are spread across multiple development centers Lead, and actively contribute to development of proof of concepts Estimate level of effort required for SDLC tasks Advise on and lead the implementation of new methods, tools or processes across the organization Work effectively with cross-functional groups such as Product Management, Program Management, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales Engineering, etc. Representing RSA at industry forums and conferences. Driving incremental business by working closely with key EMC/RSA customers and understanding their business IT and security requirements and successfully architecting solutions using EMC/RSA and in combination with third-party products/services where necessary Remain abreast of technology trends and product directions, both of EMC/RSA and the industry and advise the management on technology decisions and investments Ensuring that our customers are highly satisfied and become solid reference accounts for EMC/RSA Be the go to person for pre-sales support for Key Management products or areas of expertise and be the primary contact for the technical persons in the customers Making high impact presentations with key decision makers or Executive visits to EMC Corporate and influencing adoption of technology that aligns with the customer's business directions Work independently with little direct supervision Mentor junior engineers.
