| Desired Profile | Job Description: This positions is a Leadership role to lead ERP functional Team in implementing , Supporting , rollout to new locations and Upgrading Enterprises ERP System/Oracle Application R11i/R12. 4. The responsibility includes: • Oversees solution delivery: Managing and successfull delivery of solutions for business and ensuring a high user adoption. Some of the activities will be finalizing new and follow-on work, Design the scope and deliverable correctly. Sets project timeline. Manage project risks in ERP Module or Site Rollout & upgrade projects. • Manage a team of Solution Leads towards innovative solutions based in oracle e-business, ensuring maximum utilization of standard functionality. • Configuration management Control of Entire ERP Systems from IT Controls and smooth Operational Continuity Purpose. • Knowledge Management: Responsible for managing the use and collection of intellectual capital throughout Process by way Process , Setup and Design Documentation, reuse of common process, User Training materials. • People Management: As part of the IT leadership team, professional development of teams and act as mentor. Will supervise the Distribution, Supply chain, CRM, Manufacturing and finance Teams consisting of Functional and Technical persons. • Relationship Management: Establishes relationships with Business leaders and be recognized as an expert in their field. Work with the business to identify and fulfill opportunities to create business value via innovative solutions based in standard platform. • Enterprise Solutions Industry: Recognized as an expert in Enterprise Solutions to identify & Plan application road map for Business depending on Needs, Oracle Applications product Portfolio and Other Cummins Global –Corporate Applications. • Maintain application strategy roadmap and ensure it is fulfilling the business needs. • Work with the global stakeholders to ensure that Cummins application landscape is maintained. |
