Job Description

Basic & Detailed Engineering Design Concepts For the Plant Facility, Process Equipments & Engineering Services For the Plant Facilities Like Feasibility Study, Layout Developments etc.

Ensuring completion of basic & detailed engineering for the projects.

Ensuring timely generation of monthly project reports.

Documentation like URS,DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ,VQ, Facility qualification, etc as per USFAD,TGA,UKMHRA ,WHO etc guidelines .

Ensuring Smooth Operation And Maintenance Of Centralized Engineering Services Like Chillers, High Pressure Boilers, Electrical, Civil, HVAC, and Water treatment plants, Purified water systems, Process Equipments & Support Facilities like House Keeping /Horticulture/AMC /Stores etc as per GMP & Regulatory Requirements.

Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower planning to ensure timely execution of projects.

Erection, installation and commissioning of the machineries, equipments as per the design and layout.
