Job Description Voucher Preparation and entry into tally package
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Safe custody of used and unused ‘Cash / Bank/Journal Voucher’ books.
Custody of cheque books at Plant (for petty cash payments by cheque).
Ensure that the vouchers are transferred to the Corporate Office on a monthly basis
Ensure that the adequate supporting documents for Vouchers
Receiving and verification of the Statement for Imprest of the Guest House.
Follow up for outstanding IOUs.
Communicating the daily closing balances to the Manager (Finance & Accounts).
Maintaining duplicate copies of all Cheques / Drafts.
Handling and safe custody of cash.
Intimating Reporting Manager about IOU’s outstanding for more than 48 hours.
