Job Description
- Strategically and Innovatively plan, implement, manage the R&D team, to attain global technological leadership in Machine Tools, by continuously developing new products and improving the existing ones, thereby meet the customer requirements and remain competitive in the market.
- To guide the R&D team in detailing concepts/ideas into concrete designs and manufacturing of prototype machines as per plan within time and budget.
- To keep track and be updated with the global market trends, emerging technologies in new product development, designing and manufacturing, and in changing customer expectations thereby utilize the same for achieving the R&D requirements.
- To direct the team members in updating the technological and market trends of the products and designs
- To ensure that the design and drawings released are adhering to the specified quality standards.
