Job Description • 8 – 10 years work ex with Service industry – hotels/ airline preferred. Acknowledged companies preferred.

• Operational experience - in charge of front end service dept.

• Well versed with Quality parameters , service benchmarks.

• Knowledgeable & conversant with the service industry’s initiatives in Service Quality.

• An understanding of how a Service Quality Dept functions.

• Ability to drive the hospital service strategy in tandem with Centre Heads. Ability to link, create/ cascade service standards to the deliverables ; measurement tools & analysis criteria.

• Ideally having worked in a Service Quality Assurance team, familiar with auditing service standards, gap analysis, action planning & Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

• Working with various Feedback sources – direct customer feedback ; external assessments ; internal assessments.
Desired Profile This role is more into service-related quality & hence a person from service industry who has done quality testing/assurance/analysis/audit is ideal
