Desired Candidate Profile

 KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to the following)
 

• Candidates should be first class civil engineering graduates below 38 years of age with over 8-14 years experience in building construction.
• Candidates would be in charge of managing  project and responsible for project delivery with challenging deadlines and adherence to the highest international standards.
• A proven track record in independently managing large project.
• Candidates must be familiar with advanced building construction techniques, high quality finishing items, contract terms and conditions along with overall management of large sites.

 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
 
A. Education and Experience

• Professional qualification equivalent to a Bachelors degree, ideally in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 9-15 years of experience in construction industry in project execution role.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle across construction asset classes.

B. Specific Knowledge/ Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills in English and preferably in at least another local language.
• Ability to handle construction activities independently and proactively at simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
