Job Description
• Responsible for IT solution implementation meeting customer requirements• Work with Business users very closely to understand their business processes & requirements
• Create use cases for user requirements and translate these to a functional specifications document
• Facilitate in re-engineering/improving business processes as required from the perspective of reducing cycle time, increasing productivity & efficiency. Propose & get buy in for the reengineered/improved business processes from the scientific community
• Agree/Negotiates solution with the business. Helps business in understanding the technical solution mapping to their requirements
• Assist functions in creating test cases and execution of these cases. Working with technical team to resolve any bugs/issues arising of it.
• Responsible for providing support to business applications implemented within the constraints of time & quality to meet the agreed Service Level Agreement.
• Establish successful relationship with different functional people to get their feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage changes/modifications in the application/system as per defined procedures and ensure compliance
• Identify areas to improve operational effectiveness and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
• Liaison with external vendors / partners to provide effective & complete resolution to problems
• Ensure effective call resolution of user issues as per agreed SLA.
• Develop a knowledgebase for the support calls
