��� Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & administration of L2 and L3 routers and switches.
��� Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
��� Good exposure / knowledge on BGP.
��� Troubleshooting skills on Frame Relay / ATM, ISDN, Leased Line
��� Exposure on Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
��� Understanding of any ticket driven process.
��� Performance Management & Optimization
��� Strong in basic security concepts
��� Good exposure on firewalls – Checkpoint or Pix
��� Working Knowledge of proxy servers will be added advantage
��� Working Knowledge on Load balancers will be added advantage
��� Certifications – CCSA or SNPA or CCNP And CCNA
��� Decent communication skills mandatory
��� Willing to work in 24/7 environment
