Should have 8+ years experience in mobile domain Deep technical expertise and extremely hands-on in Android Dalvik Java and related native/embedded technologies. Must have released Android app on Marketplace. In-depth knowledge of Application Development Process/Methodologies Proven expertise in developing innovative Mobile Applications Additional experience developing and releasing iPhone app on Apple App. store is a plus Advanced (Masters) degree in Engineering or Management preferred Pro-active user of social networking tools on mobile device Can train and mentor junior engineers Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodologies/Scrum/Agile is preferred Worked in both US and India and is skilled at working with global teams Ability to work well through ambiguity, confidence in making tough calls and leading through adversity with a sharp focus on the eventual right outcomes Effective at influencing and collaborating with business and engineering leaders Influences and communicates effectively with non-technical audiences including senior product and business management.
